- Refund due to out of stock → A full refund without deducting the delivery fee
- Cancellation or refund due to customer's choice → A refund deducting the delivery fee. If the price of the canceling product is lower than the delivery fee, we will request an additional payment.
However, if more than 14 days of delay from the purchase date occur, we will give a full refund without deducting the delivery fee even if it is due to the customer's choice.
