UPS Shipping Process Guide

Hello, this is Codibook.

We would like to introduce the UPS shipping process. 
After the shipment is completed at the Codibook warehouse, it will take some time for the delivery company to dispatch the package and update the tracking number in the system. As a result, the tracking number will be updated 1-2 business days later than the estimated delivery date shown in the system.

*Even if the order status shows "Ready to Ship," if the item has already been dispatched by the delivery company, we will not be able to cancel the order before shipment. We appreciate your understanding.

The tracking number will be updated within 1 business day, and the order status will change to "Out for Delivery."
