UPS & DHL Shipping Process Guide

Hello, this is Codibook.

We would like to introduce the shipping process for both UPS and DHL.

1. UPS 

After the shipment is completed at the Codibook warehouse, it takes some time for the delivery company to collect the package and update the tracking number in the system.
As a result, the tracking number may be updated 1–2 business days later than the estimated delivery date shown in the system.

Even if the order status shows “Ready to Ship,” if the item has already been handed over to the delivery company, the order cannot be canceled before shipment.

The tracking number will be updated within 1 business day after dispatch, and the order status will change to “Out for Delivery.”

2. DHL 

Once your order has been dispatched from Codibook's warehouse in Korea, your order status will be updated to "Out for Delivery."

For DHL shipments to the United States, packages are first transported from Codibook's warehouse in Korea to our U.S. warehouse. After arriving at the U.S. warehouse, the package is handed over to DHL for final delivery.

Due to this international transit process, tracking information will not be available through the DHL tracking number until the package arrives at the U.S. warehouse and is scanned by DHL.

Once the package has been processed by DHL in the United States, tracking updates will become available and you will be able to monitor your shipment's progress.
