1. Customs Duties & Taxes
Depending on the customs regulations of each country, import duties or taxes may apply when the package arrives.
However, no additional payment or extra charge will occur during the shipping process.
Your international order is fully completed with the amount paid at checkout — you don’t need to pay anything else upon delivery.
If you are ever asked to pay customs duties or taxes locally, please send us the receipt or payment record through Codibook Customer Service and we’ll review and handle it promptly.

2. Delivery Failures & Returns
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to absence of the recipient or customs issues, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be reshipped.
In such cases, the refund will be issued after deducting the initial shipping cost and any applicable duties or taxes.

Please note: In some cases, UPS may deliver your package to a nearby Access Point instead of directly to your doorstep, depending on local delivery conditions.
